When deciding on the development of a
long term relationship with a training
provider in Bristol, Eaton chose N-GAGED,
and Filton College. As a Centre of
Vocational Excellence in Aeronautical
Engineering, Filton College and N-GAGED
have immense links with the sector. Our
latest partner is Eaton and we are now
developing an exciting partnership which
enables N-GAGED learners to benefit from
Eaton’s immense sector knowledge and
expertise. Traditionally, companies would
interact with the College and access
courses and have little choice of time,
content or delivery options. Eaton works
with N-GAGED, as a single contact point
and all interaction with the College is
streamlined through N-GAGED and fasttracked
when appropriate.
The Future N-GAGED
opportunities:
N-GAGED are developing apprenticeship
schemes in aeronautical engineering
and in addition to our Rolls-Royce
apprenticeship scheme, we will be
working with Eaton to provide
placements and training opportunities
for sector trainees. This helps train
apprentices of tomorrow for the sector,
but importantly for Eaton Aerospace,
it ensures they attract and retain the
best apprentices for their own business.
